Cancellation Policies

We understand that sometimes life happens and reservations need to be changed. However, we frequently have a waiting list and as such, we have a strict cancellation policy.

• We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for non-holiday boarding reservations to avoid a fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your pet's drop-off time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $71 per pet for reservations of 5 days or less, and $142 per pet for reservations of 6 days or more.
• During holiday periods, we require 72 hours notice.
• Our holiday periods are listed below:
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
  • New Years Eve & New Years Day
